Retainers start from $399/month. The right scope depends on your practice and what you need — that's what the discovery call is for. No pressure to commit on the call.

No lock-in contracts. Retainers run month to month with 30 days notice to cancel or adjust. I want you to stay because it's working — not because you're stuck.

Not at all — it's actually exactly why you need me. I explain everything clearly, set things up for you, and make sure you understand what's happening and why.

Yes! All my client work is done remotely via Zoom and online tools. I work with allied health professionals across Australia.

That's completely fine — and very common. The discovery call is designed exactly for this. We'll talk through where you're at and I'll give you honest advice on what would help most.

Once we've had a discovery call and you're ready to proceed, onboarding usually takes 1–2 weeks. I take on a small number of clients at a time so availability can vary — reach out soon!
